Basketball Empowerment Camp
Training. Mentorship. Transformation.
Our annual multi-day intensive camps combine elite skills training with mental wellness workshops, team-building exercises, and direct access to professional coaches and mentors. Designed for girls ages 8–18, the camp is as much about developing character as it is about developing athletes.

Educational Sponsorships
No girl should miss school because of money.
Our scholarship program removes the most direct barrier to education: cost. We provide full and partial sponsorships covering tuition, textbooks, school supplies, and uniform costs for academically motivated girls facing financial hardship. Sponsored students receive ongoing academic support and are integrated into our mentorship network.

Athletic Pathways
Your sport is your scholarship. We connect the dots.
Athletic Pathways identifies talented athletes and opens doors that would otherwise remain closed. Through our network of college coaches, professional clubs, agents, and international federations, we help girls understand and navigate the recruitment process — from creating their athletic profile to attending showcases and negotiating academic scholarships through sport.

Mentorship & Leadership Development
A year of guidance. A lifetime of direction.
This structured 12-month program pairs girls with experienced professionals from sports, business, education, law, medicine, and public service. Mentors commit to regular one-on-one sessions, goal setting, accountability check-ins, and real-world exposure. We believe every girl needs someone who has walked further down the path she is trying to travel.

TMF Basketball Academy — Nigeria
Our most ambitious initiative to date: a permanent, world-class basketball academy on Nigerian soil — offering year-round professional coaching, academic programming, and full scholarship pathways for girls aged 10–22.
The academy will serve as a hub for talent identification, development, and global placement, connecting Nigerian girls to college programs and professional leagues worldwide.
